About the role
- Act as a strategic Finance Enterprise Partner for LATAM region
- Partner with the Regional Head and Regional Leadership Team, driving strategy and leading the finance organization
- Guide optimal resource allocation and identify new business opportunities
- Shape financial future by leading, coaching, and developing the LATAM finance organization
- Mentor Affiliate Finance Managers to drive impact locally and within the wider finance community
- Drive success within the region and contribute to Pharma International Finance Network (FINET)
Requirements
- Extensive experience acting as a strategic business partner to senior and executive-level leaders
- Strong track record as a Finance leader with a demonstrated ability to architect and implement financial strategies that align with and accelerate enterprise-wide business goals
- Proven leader with an enterprise-wide focus, skilled at unifying and guiding diverse, virtual teams of both direct and indirect reports
- Passionate about coaching and developing others, with a commitment to promoting diverse and inclusive environments
- Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management skills allowing you to influence at all levels
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep sense of curiosity that motivates and inspires your team
- Master's degree in Economics/Finance required (or a Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience)
- An MA/MBA is highly preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Advanced Spanish is a strong advantage
- Significant international experience, demonstrated by having lived and worked in more than one country and/or direct affiliate-level experience
- Ability to travel an estimated 20%
