About the role
- Identify operational requirements
- Support, improve, and execute end-to-end operational processes for our IoT solutions
- Monitor the daily performance of our digital systems
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IoT system landscape
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Integrate new devices and services into the IoT platform
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the platform
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational management
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering preferred
- Knowledge of IoT platforms, network protocols, cloud services, JavaScript, and SQL
- Familiarity with data management concepts, data orchestration, and API management is a plus
- Good command of English (C1)
