Managing and developing the company’s Health & Safety Management System
Leading site inspections, audits and incident investigations
Reviewing and approving RAMS
Supporting ISO 45001 compliance and external accreditations
Delivering inductions, toolbox talks and safety training
Acting as a visible health and safety presence across sites and offices
Supporting clients, audits and tender submissions with H&S expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a Health & Safety role within cabling, utilities, engineering or a similar operational environment
Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and practical application
Experience with audits, inspections and incident investigations
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
