Inbound Sales Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Converting inbound leads and partner referrals into paying customers
- Responding rapidly to inbound leads and referrals to maximize conversion opportunities
- Qualifying opportunities based on need, budget, authority, and timeline
- Converting qualified inbound opportunities into revenue
- Conducting discovery calls, presenting solutions, and addressing objections effectively
- Following up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Maintaining accurate and complete CRM records
- Tracking all lead stages, conversion status, and sales outcomes
- Ensuring strong pipeline hygiene with timely follow-ups and reminders
- Delivering professional, responsive, and customer-focused interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing revenue roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of inbound leads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong CRM experience and data-driven decision-making
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Customer-focused and relationship-oriented
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Experience handling leads generated through digital marketing and referral channels
