About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including:
- - Data ingestion
- - Data harmonization
- - Identity resolution
- - Calculated Insights
- - Activation targets
- Design and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems using:
- - REST APIs
- - SOAP APIs
- - Platform Events
- - Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Collaborate with teams across:
- - Sales Cloud
- - Service Cloud
- - Salesforce Agentforce
- - Marketing Cloud
- Develop and optimize:
- - Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous services
- - Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- - Aura Components
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and data governance best practices.
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Translate business and data requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support agile delivery processes and sprint planning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Deep expertise in:
- - Data Streams
- - Data Model Objects (DMOs)
- - Identity Resolution
- - Calculated Insights
- - Activation
- Strong programming skills in:
- - Apex
- - SOQL
- - SOSL
- - JavaScript (ES6+)
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and CDC.
- Strong understanding of:
- - Salesforce security model
- - Governor limits
- - Deployment and release best practices
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Required CertificationsCandidates must hold all of the following active certifications:
- - Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- - Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
