About the role

  • **Testing Strategy & Execution**
  • - Design, plan, and oversee end-to-end testing strategies across the SDLC
  • - Ensure coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
  • - Define and implement risk-based testing and regression strategies
  • **Automation & Manual Testing**
  • - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks
  • - Perform detailed manual testing to identify edge cases and hidden defects
  • **Bug Tracking & Quality Control**
  • - Identify, document, and track defects with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • - Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues
  • **Continuous Improvement**
  • - Stay updated on new testing tools and methodologies
  • - Drive innovation and improvements in QA processes and practices

Requirements

  • **Experience**
  • - 3+ years of experience in QA/QC
  • - Strong experience in both manual and automated testing
  • - Proven experience designing test plans, test cases, and regression suites
  • **Technical Skills**
  • - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC
  • - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
  • - Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
  • - Experience with version control systems
  • - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus
  • **Education**
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
