About the role
- Manage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring stability, functionality, and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions.
- Work with external partners and internal teams to deploy new modules and features.
- Ensure proper system configuration, data integrity, and security controls.
- Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms (CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Data Warehouse).
- Conduct gap analysis and develop improvement plans for process optimization.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
- Oversee change management, testing, and release management activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and audit requirements.
- Act as Theeb’s subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 applications and related business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CRM).
- Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIs.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
