About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales and account management teams to deliver strong performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on execution and market positioning.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Own decision-making for major account strategies, deal approvals, and commercial partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior or director-level role.
- Proven track record in sales strategy, business development, and partner management.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in **English and Arabic** (written and spoken).
