About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and evolve Robotiq’s communications framework and messaging architecture.
  • Develop and execute B2B communications strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Lead editorial planning and content creation for newsletters, blogs, and communications initiatives.
  • Support product launches, strategic announcements, customer success stories, and executive communications.
  • Develop and execute public relations initiatives to increase brand awareness and credibility.
  • Define and implement SEO and AI-SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Optimize website architecture, content structure, and authority-building initiatives.
  • Create thought leadership content and marketing assets that support demand-generation programs.
  • Develop content and messaging tailored to target industries and markets.
  • Execute social media programs highlighting customer successes, product launches, and thought leadership.
  • Create sales and partner-facing content to support revenue generation.
  • Measure performance across communications, SEO, content, newsletters, PR, and social media, and continuously optimize results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (master’s considered an asset)
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B content marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, communications, or demand generation
  • Proven experience developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable growth
  • Experience creating content that contributes to pipeline generation and revenue objectives
  • Strong understanding of corporate communications, positioning, and public relations
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset and strong focus on performance measurement and continuous optimization
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, robotics, or technology sectors considered a strong asset
  • Strong command of English required.
