About the role
- Take ownership of quality control and actively monitor processes to ensure high standards
- Monitor and support all progress and processes of the Quality Management System
- Report on insights and trends from the Quality Management System
- Ensure proper documentation of (improved) processes and work instructions
- Oversee and support the quality of procured products through incoming goods inspection and supplier quality improvement projects
- Support supplier audits and the selection and qualification of suppliers
- Review technical product documentation to ensure Critical To Quality information is included
- Perform root cause analysis and spearhead supplier quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- BA or MSc/MBA in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, auditing, or quality control in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
- Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across diverse cultures and backgrounds
- A team player who can also work collaboratively with both suppliers and internal teams
- Depending on the role we may request a certificate of conduct (VOG) before or during the employment period
