Sales Ops Specialist
Robin Radar SystemsSales Ops Specialist ensuring data integrity for commercial teams in a growing tech company. Focus on process optimization, pipeline tracking, and CRM management with international collaboration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Track the sales pipeline, and prepare and update sales forecast overviews.
- Create and implement analytics reports and dashboards for the Sales team that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Provide account management support for the Sales, Services & Project Management, Marketing, and Finance teams, while assisting the Sales team with order administration, planning, and other operational tasks.
- Manage the CRM and other sales tools to ensure complete data integrity.
- Organize and maintain a database of wins/losses, contracts, and agreements (such as NDAs, distribution agreements, and others).
- Focus on streamlining processes, troubleshooting workflow issues, and providing implementation support across the company.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Operations (Production, Supply Chain, Planning), Marketing, Finance, and Service & Support—as well as external sales-related system and tool suppliers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/HBO degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, combined with over 3 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations processes (ideally in an international/multi-cultural environment).
- Robust, mandatory knowledge of CRM software and databases.
- Strong analytical thinking, deep attention to detail, and a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Structured, reliable, proactive, and driven to produce high-quality results.
- A natural team player who is equally comfortable working independently, staying assertive, and never being afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate exceptionally well across different cultures and backgrounds.
