HR Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll collaborate with managers on performance, talent, and rewards, and support their growth in their roles.
- You'll closely collaborate with other colleagues within HR and recruitment.
- To support our rapid growth, you'll help managers build high-performing teams ready for the organization's future needs.
- You'll partner with the leadership team to identify individual and team development needs and provide guidance, all in a professional yet approachable manner.
- You'll report to the Head of HR and Office and join the HR team that currently consists of a Recruiter and an HR Officer.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in similar role;
- Knowledge of the Dutch labor law;
- Experience professionalizing an HR department and being a change agent;
- Experience in Learning & Development is a plus;
- Experience in building organizations and teams is a plus.
