About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback, market research, and competitor insights to guide product decisions and prioritization.
  • Track and monitor key product metrics throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the product strategy.
  • Define core functionalities, features, and detailed specifications for products.
  • Develop detailed requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and validate new products and features.
  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing activities in alignment with stakeholders and ensuring timely execution.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to plan product launches and create communication materials and user stories for stakeholders and end users.
  • Evaluate product performance and leverage user feedback to implement ongoing improvements.
  • Communicate product updates, decisions, and releases effectively to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Strategy, Software Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • Previous experience in Aerospace, Defence, Radar or other deep-tech domains is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product management tools, processes, and the product lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of technologies, programming languages, and UX principles.
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable and assertive, with a keen eye for opportunities and a drive for continuous improvement.
