About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues by being the 2nd and 3rd line support to the business when it comes to infrastructure and relevant applications.
  • You will support our customer sites through collaboration with our customer facing teams.
  • You will monitor the IT infrastructure, identify and address problems promptly, and perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • You will proactively propose and implement solutions and improvements to maintain the infrastructure aligned with evolving business needs.
  • You will be the champion of knowledge sharing across the company as you will be responsible for managing and updating IT processes and security documentation.
  • You will ensure compliance and security by handling IT audits and ensuring that we comply with protocols and the industry best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and collaborate with the IT team and other relevant stakeholders on IT-related matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A BSc of HBO background in IT Engineering (or relevant field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles.
  • Experience with networking or security systems is considered an asset.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical skills with advanced knowledge in both software and hardware is required.
  • Communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment is an asset.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
