About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues by being the 2nd and 3rd line support to the business when it comes to infrastructure and relevant applications.
You will support our customer sites through collaboration with our customer facing teams.
You will monitor the IT infrastructure, identify and address problems promptly, and perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
You will proactively propose and implement solutions and improvements to maintain the infrastructure aligned with evolving business needs.
You will be the champion of knowledge sharing across the company as you will be responsible for managing and updating IT processes and security documentation.
You will ensure compliance and security by handling IT audits and ensuring that we comply with protocols and the industry best practices.
Provide technical expertise and collaborate with the IT team and other relevant stakeholders on IT-related matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A BSc of HBO background in IT Engineering (or relevant field).
At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar roles.
Experience with networking or security systems is considered an asset.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical skills with advanced knowledge in both software and hardware is required.
Communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment is an asset.
Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
