About the role

  • You are responsible for the UX conception and the final UI design of key end-to-end flows in our B2C webshop
  • You develop user-centered, conversion-focused concepts and independently translate them into high-quality, implementation-ready designs
  • You independently initiate and lead shaping processes, clarifying goals, scope, and solution approaches, and create decision-readiness before implementation
  • You assume subject-matter responsibility for UX projects and are accountable for quality, decisions, and results
  • You work closely with stakeholders and development to ensure designs are implemented accurately and completely
  • You use tests, data, and user feedback to validate designs and improve them iteratively
  • You establish UX standards, design principles, and reusable patterns that increase quality and speed in the long term

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Senior UX or Product UX Designer with clear end-to-end responsibility for digital products, ideally in B2C, e-commerce, or webshop environments
  • Proven experience driving UX projects independently from analysis through conception and testing to the final design
  • Strong skills in producing final designs including interaction details, states, and edge cases
  • Experience in the subject-matter leadership of cross-functional projects
  • Confident use of UX methods such as testing, interviews, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making
  • Clarity in communication, prioritization, and expectation management
  • Enthusiasm for taking responsibility and shaping UX sustainably within the company
  • Fluent German and English
