About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters
  • Draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the particular matter
  • Attends scheduled hearings
  • Responds to general firm wide bankruptcy inquiries
  • Review filings on behalf of the clients
  • Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs)

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure
  • License to practice law in Maryland required
