Call Center Collections Representative
Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLCCollections Representative managing inbound and outbound consumer calls for a legal group's Collections Department. Negotiating repayment plans and providing a professional customer experience at the Plantation, FL office.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Efficiently assist customers through both inbound (90%) and outbound (10%) calls while educating them on their options for account resolution
- Develop a trusted relationship with customers, third parties, attorneys, representatives, realtors, etc. to ensure timely handling of all accounts through the collections process
- Maintain detailed document records of all customer communications including payment plans that customers have agreed to and amounts paid via telephone
- Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of solutions according to customer and client needs
- Clearly communicate the progress of accounts and their respective status within the collections pipeline
- Demonstrate exceptional listening skills, while displaying professionalism and empathy for our customers’ individual needs and circumstances
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service and pleasant mannered
- Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
- Problem-solving skills

- Negotiation skills
- Must be Bilingual: Spanish/English
- Prior call center and/ or collector experience
