About the role
- Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments
- Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed
- Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution
Requirements
- License to practice law in South Carolina required
- Detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors' rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
- Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
- Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
- South Carolina barred for at least 5 years
- 2 years' plus experience in Creditors' Rights
- 2 years' plus litigation experience
- Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence
