About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multiple practice directors and/or double down as a Practice Director for one practice group
- Motivate and provide direction to all branch employees
- Responsible for incremental branch revenue growth consistent with Robert Half targets
- Actively lead marketing activities and maintain a productive business generation culture
- Facilitate cross-market activities for all practice groups
- Supervise the administrative functions of the branch office
- Attract, source, and hire staff, while creating a high-performing team dynamic
- Achieve revenue, margin and operating income goals
- Communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships throughout the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years’ Talent Manager experience required
- Proven performance in Talent Manager or Practice Director roles
- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
