About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Expand and further develop our key accounts in the banking and financial services sector (e.g., banks, insurers, financial service providers)
Generate new demand through targeted account farming and strategic client development
Identify project and personnel needs in areas such as: Regulatory & Compliance (e.g., DORA, MaRisk, AML/KYC)
Risk, Finance & Controlling
IT transformation & digitalization
Manage the entire placement process, including coordination with business units and decision-makers
Place our full service portfolio
Work closely with the internal recruiting team to ensure optimal placements
Expand cross-selling potential within the strategic accounts network
Build and maintain sustainable relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

(Several years of) experience in personnel services or in sales of complex, consultative services
Ideally, experience in the banking, insurance or financial services sector
Understanding of industry-specific topics such as regulation and compliance
Experience with transformation and digitalization in the financial sector
Experience in key account management is an advantage
Proven sales track record and strong relationship-building skills
Confident presence and strong networking abilities
Very good German and English skills
