About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities
- Introducing services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
- Recruiting, evaluating, and placing Technology professionals in full-time positions
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participating in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local Technology community
Requirements
What you’ll need- A business-related degree, ideally in Technology degree a plus
- 2+ years of experience in Technology and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Ability to leverage Technology experience to manage and grow the business
