About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing services for full-time placement solutions
  • Market via telephone, video, and conduct in-person meetings with clients and key decision makers
  • Participate in local association and networking events to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
  • Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals currently on assignment
  • Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a related field preferred
  • Strong desire to build a career in business development
  • Proven closing skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Combination of business development and account management skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
  • Proven track record of success and competitive, self-motivated individual
