Client Solutions Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and grow your own client base by marketing services for full-time placement solutions
- Market via telephone, video, and conduct in-person meetings with clients and key decision makers
- Participate in local association and networking events to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals currently on assignment
- Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a related field preferred
- Strong desire to build a career in business development
- Proven closing skills and ability to build client relationships
- Combination of business development and account management skills required
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
- Proven track record of success and competitive, self-motivated individual
