Recruiting Manager – Legal

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities
- Introducing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with clients
- Recruiting, evaluating and placing legal professionals in full-time positions
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participating in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local legal community
Requirements
What you’ll need- A business-related degree preferred
- paralegal degree/certification and/or law degree a plus
- 2+ years’ of experience in legal industry and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Ability to leverage legal experience to manage and grow the business
