About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Candidate recruitment and retention including sourcing, evaluating, and reviewing potential IT candidates
  • Interviewing prospective IT candidates via video, phone and/or in person
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
  • Selecting well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with IT professionals currently on contract assignments
  • Resolving any customer service issues quickly and efficiently
  • Generating leads and market intelligence to enhance new client development efforts

Requirements
