About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and grow client base by marketing talent solutions services
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain on-going contact with client companies and contract professionals
- Resolve customer service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in an IT-related field is preferred
- strong desire to build a career in business development
- proven closing skills
- ability to build client relationships
- combination of business development and account management skills are required
- ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
