Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for business development, introducing services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with clients.
Develop and maintain client target lists, pursue new client relationships.
Develop enterprise-wide relationships with stakeholders.
Recruit and hire highly skilled technology professionals.
Provide ongoing communication and career development for full-time engagement professionals.
Manage, counsel, and provide performance feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technology degree preferred.
1+ years’ experience working in technology-related field preferred.
2+ years’ experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment.
Success in developing new business in a multi‐call, multi‐decision maker environment.
Prior success marketing to and closing top level decision makers.
Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach.
