About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, evaluate, and review potential Technology candidates
- Interview prospective Technology candidates via video, phone and/or in person
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Technology talent
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain on-going contact with Technology professionals on contract assignments
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently
- Generate leads and market intelligence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years’ of experience in Technology -related field
- Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
- Proven negotiating and closing skills
- Ability to build candidate relationships
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proven track record of success
- Competitive, self-motivated individual
