Key responsibilities & impact

Source, evaluate, and review potential Technology candidates
Interview prospective Technology candidates via video, phone and/or in person
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Technology talent
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
Maintain on-going contact with Technology professionals on contract assignments
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently
Generate leads and market intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years’ of experience in Technology -related field
Strong desire to build a career in recruiting
Proven negotiating and closing skills
Ability to build candidate relationships
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proven track record of success
Competitive, self-motivated individual
