About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a team of in person and remote talent solutions professionals
Act as subject matter expert for all client and candidate questions
Take lead in rolling out new technology initiatives
Participate in special projects and reporting
Support revenue generating activities
Assist in lead generation, job posting and reporting processes
Prepare, send, and monitor candidate pre-placement and onboarding documents
Track and manage candidate timesheet entry and assist with candidate unemployment claims
Mentor other administrative professionals
Onboarding and training new hires

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years’ experience working in an administrative position with heavy customer contact
Ability to take initiative, be self-directed and work with limited supervision
Experience managing ad-hoc projects
Experience building cross-department relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of database entry and reporting
MS Office skills and preferably Salesforce experience
A naturally inquisitive approach and an appreciation for diverse perspectives
An ethical mindset
An eagerness to embrace and learn new technologies
