About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to talent solutions professionals
- Resource for client and candidate inquiries
- Assist with technology initiatives
- Handle various reporting and revenue generating support activities
- Support Branch Director
- Onboard new employees and process employee terminations
- Prepare, send, and monitor candidate pre-placement and on-boarding documents
- Enter candidate information into internal database system
- Track and manage candidate time sheet entry
- Review and submit invoices
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Act as point of contact for property management, real estate, and vendors
- Liaise with District team for projects and reporting
- Assist in lead generation, job posting, and marketing efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required with 2+ years college preferred
- 3+ years’ experience working in an administrative position with heavy customer contact
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience building cross-department relationships
- Ability to take initiative, be self-directed and work with limited supervision
- Ability to work with and troubleshoot technical issues both in-person and remotely
- Working knowledge of database entry and reporting
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Excel/Word/One Note required
- Salesforce experience preferred
