Strategic Accounts Operations Support

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support to Managing Director(s) and support across multiple projects and business processes for our Strategic Accounts team.
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar.
- Assist with new account target assignments and ongoing maintenance and reconciliation of target lists.
- Coordinate all New Deal rollouts including call coordination with Vice Presidents.
- Aid in maintaining job order compliance to ensure adherence to client contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Plan meetings and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
- Generate, verify, and analyze various reports including performance reviews, revenue reports, and confidential reports.
- Oversee database maintenance and support technology initiatives.
- Screen requests and emails; direct inquiries as needed and respond appropriately.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years’ administrative experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and database entry.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel pivot tables a plus.
- Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environments
- Experience with calendar management (across multiple time zones), travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Project coordination and support across departments
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines, excellent time management
- Proactive and agile approach to problem solving and solutioning
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Demonstrated strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Experience acting as a liaison between leadership and team members and/or other business groups
- Experience with Salesforce DocuSign, and DOMO preferred.
