About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support to Managing Director(s) and support across multiple projects and business processes for our Strategic Accounts team.
  • Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar.
  • Assist with new account target assignments and ongoing maintenance and reconciliation of target lists.
  • Coordinate all New Deal rollouts including call coordination with Vice Presidents.
  • Aid in maintaining job order compliance to ensure adherence to client contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Plan meetings and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Generate, verify, and analyze various reports including performance reviews, revenue reports, and confidential reports.
  • Oversee database maintenance and support technology initiatives.
  • Screen requests and emails; direct inquiries as needed and respond appropriately.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ administrative experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and database entry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel pivot tables a plus.
  • Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environments
  • Experience with calendar management (across multiple time zones), travel coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Project coordination and support across departments
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines, excellent time management
  • Proactive and agile approach to problem solving and solutioning
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
  • Demonstrated strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience acting as a liaison between leadership and team members and/or other business groups
  • Experience with Salesforce DocuSign, and DOMO preferred.
