About the role

  • Identify procurement needs in coordination with the business units across our 30 locations
  • Consolidate requirements across multiple locations to realize synergies
  • Request and compare quotations; support tender processes
  • Build and maintain a robust network of suppliers and service providers
  • Negotiate and review framework agreements including terms (price, delivery, payment)
  • Award purchase orders and monitor them through to on-time delivery and performance
  • Participate in projects for cost optimization, standardization, quality assurance and sustainability in the facility and energy environment

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
  • Some initial experience in procurement, ideally in facility management / real estate
  • Confident user of MS Office; experience with procurement/ERP systems is a plus
  • Confident negotiator with strong contract and supplier management skills
  • Structured and precise working style, high personal responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and a team player
  • Willingness to travel
