About the role
- Develop, implement and maintain chatbots using low-code platforms.
- Integrate chatbots with internal and external systems via REST APIs.
- Perform SQL queries to extract data and analyze the behavior of chatbot flows and integrations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs and translate them into automated solutions.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize chatbot performance, ensuring an efficient and satisfying user experience.
- Provide technical support and carry out ongoing maintenance of chatbots in production environments.
Requirements
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs (for implementing integrations).
- Familiarity with SQL, focused on data extraction and analysis of flows and integrations.
- Familiarity with flow automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n, and similar platforms.
- Understanding of flowcharts and process mapping.
- Understanding of programming logic (in any language).
- Completed or in-progress higher education in a Technology-related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good time management and prioritization skills.
- Good communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
