About the role
- Support the creation and review of chatbot messages.
- Help build conversational flows in Figma.
- Adapt copy following guidance from the UX Writing team.
- Participate in internal reviews of flows before development.
- Update simple documentation (descriptions, guidelines, versions).
- Contribute to organizing the team’s materials (Figma, Asana, etc.).
- Monitor internal bot tests and adjust copy based on feedback.
Requirements
- Clear, concise writing.
- Basic knowledge of UX Writing or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Basic familiarity with Figma (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to structure information in an organized way.
- Good command of spelling and grammar.
- Comfortable communicating and willing to ask for help when needed.
- Attention to detail and a focus on consistency.
- Organized approach to handling multiple small tasks.
- Willingness to learn from feedback.
- Responsible with deadlines.
- Curiosity to understand how chatbots work.
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
- Previous experience (academic or personal) with chatbots.
- Interest in UX, product, or digital writing.
- Familiarity with customer service, automation, or technology platforms.
