Call Center Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Screen telephone calls before transferring to the assigned legal team.
- Persistently monitor all incoming calls, and update our system.
- Follow up on missed calls.
- Follow up with pending inquiries.
- Take accurate notes.
- Write emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, and create spreadsheets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong background in performance-based metrics.
- Case Management software experience is a major plus.
- Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise.
- Customer service attitude.
