About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Screen telephone calls before transferring to the assigned legal team.
  • Persistently monitor all incoming calls, and update our system.
  • Follow up on missed calls.
  • Follow up with pending inquiries.
  • Take accurate notes.
  • Write emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, and create spreadsheets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong background in performance-based metrics.
  • Case Management software experience is a major plus.
  • Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise.
  • Customer service attitude.
