Working Student – Customer Success
roadsurferProvide customer support to roadsurfer's clients regarding their camping spots and assist in booking adjustments. Focus on creative problem-solving and maintaining service quality via phone support.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We will develop you into a roadsurfer Spots expert so you can independently support our customers and hosts. You will be the first point of contact and handle questions about our product "spots".
- First-level support: You will provide our customers with solutions in challenging travel situations and ensure cases are closed. Your focus will be on "Roadside Assistance." You will be supported by modern AI tools to help you assist more effectively.
- During peak season, the phone is your number-one contact channel (of course browser-based and modern).
- Handling booking adjustments: Your responsibilities include coordinating existing bookings—updates, rebookings, cancellations, or complaint cases.
- You will work closely with other teams, including Product and Finance, to maximize service quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You enjoy customer service and are motivated to solve tricky situations creatively.
- You are an excellent communicator in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
- You are skilled at handling complaints and keep a cool head in difficult situations.
- You have a positive mindset that customers can sense over the phone.
- You have a genuine passion for camping, travel, and road trips.
