About the role

  • Lead and take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives and commercially relevant projects
  • Evaluate the commercial impact of planned measures and support leadership in strategic prioritization
  • Shape the long-term top-line direction of the business model, ensuring initiatives are aligned with growth and profitability goals
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Operations, Marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes
  • Analyse revenue performance, uncover growth drivers, identify improvement opportunities, and derive actionable recommendations
  • Build, automate, and maintain scalable analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or a fast-paced environment (private equity, investment banking, or venture capital)
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth and improving commercial performance
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with the tenacity to turn ideas into tangible results
  • Excellent English (required) and German (nice to have), both spoken and written
