Job Level

About the role

  • We will train you to become a CAMPER expert so you can independently support our customers.
  • You will be the first point of contact for questions about our “rent” and “subscription” products.
  • First-level support: You will provide customers with solutions in challenging travel situations and ensure end-to-end case resolution.
  • Your primary focus will be roadside assistance.
  • You will be supported by modern AI tools to help you assist customers more effectively.
  • During the high season, the phone will be your main communication channel (browser-based and modern).
  • Managing booking adjustments: You will coordinate existing bookings and subscriptions, including updates, rebookings, and cancellations.
  • When required, you will also assist with customer claims handling.
  • You will work closely with other teams, including product development and our international locations, to maximize service quality.

Requirements

  • You enjoy customer service and are motivated to find creative solutions to challenging situations.
  • You are a strong communicator in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You handle complaints confidently and stay calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude defines your approach and is clearly conveyed to customers over the phone.
  • A genuine passion for camping, travel, and road trips completes your profile.
