About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage all logistics and support educational delivery and quality
Conduct Orientation and Farewell Briefings and Daily Wrap-up Briefings
Anticipate and resolve program issues on site
Ensure group experiences all program elements in a fluid, meaningful, and enjoyable way

Requirements

What you’ll need

CTP Certificate for Group Leaders required or extensive professional tourism experience
Group leadership experience in an educational and/or travel program environment
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills to build group cohesion
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with excellent command of English
Capability to operate basic AV functions
Hiking experience and ability to hike with participants in all three groups
