About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies and market maps to identify and engage high caliber, often passive technical talent
- Partner closely with our Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Talent teams
- Design and own structured, competency-based interview practices and refine processes to optimize candidate experience and recruiting impact
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify roadblocks and develop strategic solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company or startup
- At least 3 years experience hiring Senior and Staff level Software Engineers
- A track record of building pipelines for highly specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Experience hiring for Infrastructure or Cybersecurity roles is a plus
- Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to effectively partner with, advise, and coach hiring managers, interviewers, and other key stakeholders
- Expert-level sourcing capabilities using creative, multi-platform strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on experience with Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS.
