About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance
  • Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies and market maps to identify and engage high caliber, often passive technical talent
  • Partner closely with our Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Talent teams
  • Design and own structured, competency-based interview practices and refine processes to optimize candidate experience and recruiting impact
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify roadblocks and develop strategic solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company or startup
  • At least 3 years experience hiring Senior and Staff level Software Engineers
  • A track record of building pipelines for highly specialized and hard-to-fill engineering roles
  • Experience hiring for Infrastructure or Cybersecurity roles is a plus
  • Ability to influence at various levels in an organization, anchoring on data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability to effectively partner with, advise, and coach hiring managers, interviewers, and other key stakeholders
  • Expert-level sourcing capabilities using creative, multi-platform strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on experience with Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS.
