About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and optimize performance-driven marketing initiatives focused on acquiring and activating B2B clients.
- Design and scale marketing funnels that convert awareness into product adoption and ongoing product usage.
- Manage and continuously optimize PPC campaigns and lead-generation initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on CAC efficiency and conversion metrics.
- Work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure marketing activities deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and customer acquisition funnels.
- Use analytics and experimentation to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure marketing is integrated into product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Support product launches with clear positioning, messaging, and strategies.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights that help shape product decisions and prioritization.
- Develop marketing strategies for B2B products and services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on performance or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience launching and optimizing PPC campaigns
- Experience building and optimizing lead-generation funnels
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics and marketing data
- Experience working at the intersection of marketing and product teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate marketing strategies and decisions clearly
- Ability to work independently, identify growth opportunities, and take ownership of results
- Experience managing marketing initiatives from strategy to execution
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or product-driven technology companies
- Preferred: Experience working with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Preferred: Knowledge of SQL or working with marketing data in databases
- Preferred: Experience building analytics systems for B2B products
- Preferred: Interest in AI-driven marketing and data-driven growth strategies
- Preferred: Experience working with financial services or digital business ecosystems
