About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the User Experience (IT UX) strategy, defining metrics, indicators (SLI, XLA) and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Manage the Digital Workspace, including Service Desk Level 1 and Level 2, remote support, Field Services and the Service Catalog;
  • Coordinate device lifecycle management, ensuring standardization, performance, security and predictable costs;
  • Establish governance for collaboration and productivity platforms (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace), driving adoption and automation;
  • Act as the liaison between users, business areas and other IT coordinations, ensuring alignment, communication and focus on the user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed: Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree: IT Management, IT Governance or Digital Transformation;
  • ITIL v4 - Mandatory;
  • MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - Preferred;
  • Google Workspace Administrator - Preferred;
  • COBIT Foundation - Preferred;
  • Proven experience managing user support, workplace or digital experience teams in medium to large corporate environments;
  • Hands-on experience coordinating Digital Workplace and End User Computing (EUC) services, with a focus on operational efficiency and user experience;
  • Experience implementing and evolving support models, service catalogs and support processes;
  • Experience managing performance and experience indicators, focusing on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune), including administration, governance and security;
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, especially in hybrid or complementary environments;
  • Experience managing endpoints, including: Windows operating systems, mobile devices (MDM), provisioning and standardization, patch and update management, performance and device health monitoring;
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and IT service management best practices (ITIL);
  • Knowledge of endpoint security and identity management (Zero Trust, hardening, compliance).
