About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the Corporate Project Management Office (Corporate PMO);
- Oversee monitoring of the strategic portfolio of programs and projects;
- Support integrated planning across directorates and operational areas;
- Consolidate executive-level information for reporting to governance bodies;
- Monitor risks, benefits and institutional KPIs;
- Support the evolution of the institutional management model.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Strategic Planning or related areas (or equivalent experience);
- Proven experience managing programs, portfolios and strategic projects;
- Experience in corporate governance, results-oriented management and cross-functional work;
- Experience in high-complexity institutional environments;
- Executive-level communication skills and ability to engage with governance bodies;
- Advantage: Experience in public organizations, civil society organizations or projects funded with public resources;
- Experience working on organizational transformation programs and strategic governance.
