About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of provisions through the creation, settlement and reconciliation of invoices, liabilities and expenses, ensuring accuracy of results;
- Monthly preparation and consolidation of management financial statements;
- Provide analytical intelligence to support decision-making by developing performance monitoring indicators (KPIs);
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/CPC) and internal policies;
- Act as a bridge between accounting, finance, administrative and operational areas;
- Perform account reconciliations;
- Deliver training and capacity-building sessions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Accounting or a related field;
- Active CRC (Brazilian Regional Accounting Council) registration;
- Proven experience in controllership or auditing;
- Experience working with non-profit entities, foundations, associations or Third Sector organizations, or with institutions under tax-exempt or tax-immune regimes;
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills;
- Experience with ERP systems.
