About the role

  • Organize databases and routine process workflows.
  • Participate in internal marketing (endomarketing) campaigns within the organization.
  • Update the internal information management page.
  • Participate in benchmarking activities on topics relevant to the area.
  • Participate in area improvement projects, proposing enhancements.
  • Learn about RNP's business and Organizational Development.
  • Support the area's process flows.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate program in fields such as Business Administration, People Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Pedagogy.
  • The current academic semester must allow the intern to maintain a contractual relationship for at least 2 years.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented;
  • Interest in organizational learning methodologies;
  • Interest in Organizational Development projects;
  • Knowledge in designing internal marketing (endomarketing) campaigns aimed at People and Culture;
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and Excel;
  • Ability to handle confidential information;
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis.
