Work with business partners to develop dashboards
Identify the client's needs and determine which modules would best serve their needs
Review current standards and revise to ensure best practices
Provide ongoing support after integration (training, prototype sessions)
Develop and facilitate customized learning to meet the client's needs prior to launch
Collaborate with the client to build models based on their needs
Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, budgets and work with project team through implementation
Analyze client's current data and provide recommendations on how to integrate into Adaptive Insights
Maintain confidentiality with external client information as well as internal employee and firm information

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
Background in accounting and/or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting/consolidation preferred
Minimum of two years’ experience with Martuxs, Prophix or Adaptive Insights by Workday
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SQL (or equivalent databases)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
