About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design across a varied and high-impact portfolio, including campaigns, proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, web content, other digital assets, event materials, and branded content
Deliver polished, on-brand creative at pace across digital, print, and experiential formats
Translate briefs into compelling visual solutions that serve both brand and commercial objectives
Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and the wider brand and marketing team to ensure design and messaging work together seamlessly
Uphold and actively contribute to the evolution of RKD's design system and brand standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

A strong, versatile designer with a sharp modern aesthetic, creative perspective, and a portfolio that demonstrates range and quality
Proven ability to deliver exceptional creative work at pace, without cutting corners on craft
Experience working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh thinking and creative energy
Highly collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a positive approach to feedback and iteration
Proficiency across industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
