About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client and partner relationships
  • Meet annual sales revenue target by building and maintaining a robust pipeline
  • Conduct prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Advise prospects on Salesforce capabilities and offerings
  • Develop and maintain strategic vendor and account executive relationships
  • Contribute to content creation and execute various campaigns
  • Enter all conversations and notes into CRM and keep pipeline updated
  • Develop collaborative relationships for producing proposals and closing loops in account development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven sales experience (5+ years)
  • Significant depth of experience in the Nonprofit and/or Healthcare Foundation sector
  • Experience selling Salesforce implementation professional services
  • Experience with and understanding procurement processes
  • Experience with establishing and leveraging relationships with software vendor sales teams to close deals
  • Proven capacity to provide strategic guidance to Nonprofit and Higher Education clients
  • Knowledge of nonprofit CRM, digital fundraising and relevant technologies
  • Salesforce Cloud-based CRM and Marketing products in nonprofit environments expertise
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
