About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client and partner relationships
- Meet annual sales revenue target by building and maintaining a robust pipeline
- Conduct prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities
- Advise prospects on Salesforce capabilities and offerings
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor and account executive relationships
- Contribute to content creation and execute various campaigns
- Enter all conversations and notes into CRM and keep pipeline updated
- Develop collaborative relationships for producing proposals and closing loops in account development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales experience (5+ years)
- Significant depth of experience in the Nonprofit and/or Healthcare Foundation sector
- Experience selling Salesforce implementation professional services
- Experience with and understanding procurement processes
- Experience with establishing and leveraging relationships with software vendor sales teams to close deals
- Proven capacity to provide strategic guidance to Nonprofit and Higher Education clients
- Knowledge of nonprofit CRM, digital fundraising and relevant technologies
- Salesforce Cloud-based CRM and Marketing products in nonprofit environments expertise
- Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
