About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Engage with C-level executives and technical leaders, deeply understand their strategic challenges, and articulate how our AI platform solves their core operational and financial problems.
  • Refine the GTM & Sales Playbook: Play a key role in optimizing our go-to-market and sales process, including refining the ideal customer profile (ICP), contributing to our sales methodology, and helping track the metrics and KPIs that measure success.
  • Own the Full Cycle: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to delivering compelling product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing complex, high-value deals with industrial leaders.
  • Build a Data-Driven Pipeline: Develop and execute data-driven outbound and inbound strategies to create a robust and predictable revenue pipeline. Be the master of our CRM to manage your workflow and produce accurate forecasts.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: As a core GTM team member, channel direct market and customer feedback to Product and Engineering to ensure we build what the market needs.
  • Leverage Modern Software and Automations: Use modern technology to automate and improve day-to-day operations, innovating and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A "Figure-it-Out" & Hunter Mentality: You are a natural problem-solver and self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, with a relentless drive to build new business from the ground up.
  • Boardroom Capable: Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise conversations and confident and credible when engaging VP/C-level executives.
  • Digitally Native, Data-Driven & AI-Capable: Proficient with modern systems and comfortable thinking in terms of data, funnels, and conversion rates. Able to build reports and dashboards to measure what matters and to use modern AI tools to automate and accelerate workflows.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Professional fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Located in Munich, Berlin, or Münster.
  • Energy Expertise: Proven track record and strong understanding of energy markets.
  • True Startup Experience: Experience as a founder or early employee (<20 people) and proven ability to thrive in environments where you contribute to building and scaling commercial processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling complex software or technical solutions into manufacturing, industrial, or energy sectors.
  • B2B SaaS Sales Knowledge: Ideally with Account Executive and B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven track record.
