About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure our stock is in the right place and on the time to support our exciting company growth.
  • Report to the Merchandising Manager.
  • Develop an excellent working knowledge of our stock management system to ensure planning/trading is managed accurately ensuring full visibility of stock and delivery dates.
  • Attend weekly trade meetings and regular store visits to build a clear understanding of the stock requirements of each store to support allocations.
  • Oversee all stock intake into both our UK and Belgian DC ensuring stock arrives on time.
  • Raise all purchase orders accurately and distribute to suppliers.
  • Attend weekly production updates with suppliers and ensure any changes to delivery dates are updated in the relevant systems and stakeholders are updated.
  • Approve all deliveries to leave suppliers and arrange the most suitable freight method to bring the stock into the business.
  • Support and share best practice and knowledge with the rest of the merchandising dept and wider business.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence working with spreadsheets and data.
  • Passionate about fashion, retail, and understanding customer buying behaviour.
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools quickly.
