About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients with an average caseload of 50 patients per week / around 8-12 per day
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management
Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients
Deliver care via a telehealth platform
Offer guidance to peers and supervisors
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school
Completed a Psychiatry residency program, completing diverse rotations including Primary Care within the training program
Active and in good standing license for at least one of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts as a Medical Doctor
An active and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for at least one of the states listed above
Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry
Interest in growing into a Supervisory/Leadership role within the practice
Proven experience and desire to support Psychotherapy treatment
Psychotherapy Modality experience (CBT, DBT, etc.)
Experience working with Patients in an Outpatient setting
Telehealth/telemedicine experience
